Build yourself these ice cream cones with balloons

Build yourself these ice cream cones with balloons

This decoration of ice cream cones with balloons will give that special touch to a children's party and it is also a fun accessory to take photos.
With summer coming to an end and autumn just around the corner, we wanted to celebrate it for the last time. Nothing is better than ice cream on a summer day and with that in mind I wanted to have a small ice cream party with my children after they finished the first week of classes.

For the decorations I wanted to continue with the theme, but keep everything simple and cute. Just by adding paper or cardboard to the bottom of the balloons, I could recreate the appearance of an ice cream cone. My children loved it! I tell you how I made them.

Materials and implements
Construction paper or decorated cardboard.
Thermofusible glue and gun.
Helium tank (optional).
Strips or decorative ribbons.
Eva rubber pieces (optional).
Pencil, scissors and adhesive tape.
Elaboration
Use the pencil to draw an arc on a square piece of paper or cardboard. This arc will be extended by a quarter of a circle.
Cut it and roll it up to form a cone. Use adhesive tape or hot glue to form the cone.
Fill the balloon with air or helium.
With the decorative strips covers the area between the cone and the balloon. Secure it with adhesive tape.
You can decorate the balloon with pieces of eva rubber in the form of colored sparks on the ice cream.
Then you can hang them with string, use them as centerpieces, as a background for ice cream desserts or as a fun accessory for children to take photos.
On Halloween we plan to have another party and we will use these simple pumpkin balloons.
